Youth Expressive Movement (7-13 year olds) Fall Series
A class for children who can’t help but dance, the active and imaginative, the shy, other dance classes aren’t for them, and for those in need of body awareness or group interaction. Focus is on a balance of creating/improvising, witnessing, exploring skills, learning choreography and sharing. Students are also exposed to many styles of dance/music, and rhythm is incorporated into every class. Mission is to foster their natural talents and help them shine in their individuality! Expressive Dance helps to develop language skills, encourages clearer thinking, develops vital brain and body connections, and balances brain hemispheres.
