Expressive Foundations Creative Dance: NEW DAY AND TIME!
Children experience the elements of dance to build vocabulary – direction, energy, speed, locomotion, non-locomotion, rhythm; and elements of simple self care: breath, warm up, alignment, relaxation, core awareness. Focus is on FUN, and a balance of creating, witnessing, exploring skills and sharing. Exposure to many cultural dance styles. Register or DROP- IN!
— Ages 5-8 Thursdays 4-5pm January 20 – March 23
— Ages 9-12 Thursday 5-6pm January 20 – March 23
$8 per child per class / $35 for 5 classes / $60 for full 10 class series
Foundations Technique: NEW Adult Class! Contemporary Bartinieff-style based on core and release. Elements of self-care and expression are added. Please Register.

Parent-Toddler class: Spend ten weeks with your toddler exploring coordination, rhythm, body, music
